Returns & Refunds
If you find it necessary to return an item for any reason, please fill out the form provided below.
Items being returned must be postmarked within 5 days after the receipt of the item.
The Return/Refund form provided below must be filled out and submitted by clicking the "Submit Form" button below, before returning any item to Preschool Corner for a refund.
All items must be in original condition.
There are no refunds for opened DVD's, CDs or for downloadable items.
CD's that are received damaged may be returned for a replacement. The CD must be returned within 5 business days and must be in the original condition that it was received.
If the above conditions are not met there will be a $5.00 CD Replacement Fee applied.
Return shipping charges are not refundable.
Please Note: There is a 3% restocking fee for returned Skill Builder and Preschool At Home packages that include printed worksheets, 2% restocking fee for Skill Builder craft packages and a 5% restocking fee on all other Skill Builder and Preschool At Home packages (including PAH - Preschool In A Box).
